Nota:

• Os preços são por apartamento, por semana.
• No Inverno, dispomos de preços especiais para estadias de média ou longa duração.

Horário de entrada/Saída

• Check-in - A partir das 14:00 horas no dia da entrada
• Check-out - Até às 12:00 horas no dia da saída

Condições de reserva:

• Adiantamento de 50% do valor total da estada no acto da reserva
• Pagamento dos restantes 50% quatro semanas antes do início da ocupação

É solicitada uma caução de 200,00€ a ser restituida no dia da saída, depois de ser vistoriado o apartamento e não se verificarem danos relevantes no mesmo.

Notes on prices

Prices are for the property per week in € Euro. For medium or long term rentals in winter, a special price is available on request.

Changeover day

There is no preferred arrival or changeover day this is fully flexible. Arrival time is 14.00 on the first day of the rental period with departure being at 12.00 on the final day of occupation.

Booking notes

50% payment is due at the time of booking with the balance due four weeks before the commencement of the occupation.

A 200,00€ security deposit is also payable before the property is occupied. This will be returned to the clients in the departure day and once the apartment has been checked for any damage/serious breakages etc..
